Career Compass is aimed at those who are in the early career stages or going through career change.
Those that want to focus on the tasks of job hunting and personal brand development. Those who want to talk, bounce ideas off someone and add structure to their approach.
Those who know they need help but are perhaps not ready for full coaching. Think Career Coaching or Mentorship Lite. With very clear goals.

We have seen a LOT of CV’s, Profiles & approaches. Both good and bad. Its not exaggerating to say that they can make the difference between success and failure in your job hunt. There is an art to writing a good CV or LinkedIn profile.
It goes further than that. Your approach to writing a CV is often mirrored in the way you interview. By constructing a really strong CV you are structuring how you sell yourself.
We are not going to write your CV for you. However as part of the Career Compass package we can help you make the most of your experience and maximise on its impact.
